1. ABOUT COUPLE TRENDS

Couple Trends is an online store specialized in selling personalized products, produced to order, according to the choices made by the customer at the time of purchase.

2. ELIGIBILITY

When making a purchase on our website, the user declares that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age or legally authorized to make the purchase;

  • provides true, complete and up-to-date information during the ordering process.

3. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

All products sold by Couple Trends are personalized and manufactured exclusively after order confirmation.

The customer is fully responsible for the information provided for personalization, including:

  • texts,

  • images,

  • photographs,

  • names and phrases.

Couple Trends is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information approved by the client itself.

4. CUSTOMIZATION APPROVAL

Before finalizing the purchase, the customer has access to a preview of the personalized product.
By completing the order, the customer confirms that:

  • reviewed all information;

  • approved the final layout;

  • agrees to the production of the product as presented.

Once approved, you cannot change the customization.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices shown on the website are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Payment is processed through secure payment platforms. The order will only be considered confirmed after payment has been approved.

Couple Trends reserves the right to change prices and promotional conditions at any time, without prior notice, without affecting orders already confirmed.

6. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Products are manufactured to order.

  • Average production time: 2 to 5 business days

  • Average delivery time (Portugal): 2 to 6 business days after production

The deadlines shown are estimates and may vary due to external factors, such as periods of high demand or logistical delays.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of the order will only be possible if the order has not yet entered the production phase.

Once production has started, it will not be possible to cancel or change the order, as it is a personalized product.

8. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The conditions relating to exchanges, returns and refunds are detailed in our Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy, available on the website, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Couple Trends website, including texts, images, logos, designs and graphic elements, is the property of Couple Trends or used with authorization, and is protected by copyright.

The reproduction, distribution or use of any content without prior authorization is prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Couple Trends will not be responsible for:

  • errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer;

  • delays caused by third parties (carriers, postal services);

  • misuse of purchased products.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Couple Trends reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes come into force from the date of publication on the website.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service are governed by the legislation applicable in Portugal and by the legislation of the European Union.

In the event of a dispute, the consumer may appeal to the competent courts or alternative dispute resolution entities, in accordance with the law.
