1. Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Couple Trends!
When making a purchase in our online store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.1 Company Identification

1.2 Prices and Payment

  • All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT/VAT, when applicable.

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal, safe and certified platforms.

1.3 Production, Shipping and Delivery

  • All our products are personalized and produced on demand (Print-on-Demand) after payment confirmation.

  • Production and shipping are carried out by partners located in European Union.

Estimated deadline:

  • Production: 2 to 5 business days

  • Shipping: 2 to 6 business days

  • Total average term: approximately 7 working days

  • Estimated maximum term: until 11 working days

Deadlines are estimates, which may vary due to external factors such as logistics, transport companies, periods of high demand or events beyond our control.

After shipping, the customer will receive a tracking code by email.

1.4 Returns and Exchanges (Right of Free Resolution)

According to European Union legislation, the consumer has the right to free resolution within a period of 14 days.

Important:
This right does not apply to products personalized or custom-made, as provided for in Article 17 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

So, We do not accept returns or exchanges due to regret, incorrect size or personal preference, as long as the product conforms to the order placed.

Exceptions (resend or refund):

We accept complaints in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect;

  • Error in personalization or printing;

  • Product damaged during transport.

In these cases, the customer must contact us via support@coupletrends.com within the period of 7 days after receipt, stating the order number and attaching photographs of the problem.

1.5 Legal Guarantee

All products sold by Couple Trends are covered by 2-year legal compliance guarantee, in accordance with the legislation in force in the European Union.

2. Privacy Policy

Couple Trends is committed to protecting your privacy and treating your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD/GDPR).

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Processing

All orders are produced and shipped directly from partners located in the European Union.

3.2 Deadlines

The total average time for production and delivery is approximately 7 business days, which can extend up to 11 working days in exceptional situations.

3.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before purchasing is confirmed.

3.4 Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code by email.

3.5 Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct.
Couple Trends is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
