🔁 ABOUT EXCHANGES

At Couple Trends, all t-shirts are personalized and produced exclusively for each client, according to the choices made at the time of purchase.

As these are personalized, custom-made products that cannot be resold, We do not exchange from:

  • models

  • sizes

  • colors

  • prints

We therefore ask that you carefully check:

  • the measures

  • the chosen color

  • the customization preview

before finalizing the order. This way we guarantee that the final product corresponds exactly to what you envisioned. ✨

📦 RIGHT OF FREE RESOLUTION (EUROPEAN UNION)

According to European consumer protection legislation, the right to free resolution (regret) does not apply to goods that are personalized or produced to consumer specifications.

All products sold by Couple Trends fall under this legal exception, as they are personalized and manufactured exclusively to order.

📦 ABOUT RETURNS AND RESENDING ORDERS

Each Couple Trends product is unique and produced especially for you.
For this reason, We do not accept returns due to regret or choice error, as long as the product conforms to the approved order.

However, we carry out strict quality control before shipping. If an error occurs that is our responsibility, We guarantee free resending of a new part.

The resending is carried out without any additional cost in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size
    If the size sent is different from the size selected in the order.

  • Incorrect print
    If the personalization received does not match the approved preview.

  • Manufacturing defect
    If the product has visible production defects.

💳 ABOUT REFUNDS

Our priority is to ensure a positive and fair experience for all customers.

Refund may be requested just in the following situations:

  • Order not yet produced
    If the order has not yet entered the production phase.

  • Error our responsibility
    When there is a proven error on the part of Couple Trends and the customer chooses a refund instead of a resend.

  • Delivery deadline exceeded
    If the stated delivery time is exceeded and the customer does not wish to wait for delivery.

❌ It will not be possible to request a refund in the following situations:

  • Order shipped within the estimated time frame
    If the order has already been shipped and is within the stated delivery time.

  • Dissatisfaction with error-free customization
    We do not provide refunds for regret or dissatisfaction related to:

    • chosen size

    • model

    • color

    • print

    as long as the product delivered conforms to the approved order and is free from defects.
